Made-to-Order Policy
All studded belts are custom made according to the customer’s selected design, size, and specifications. Because each item is specially produced, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for made-to-order belts unless the item received is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Customer Responsibility for Size
Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct belt size when placing an order. Please carefully check measurements before confirming your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
Customer Responsibility for Design Selection
Customers must ensure all design choices, including style, stud pattern, color, hardware, and customization details, are correct before order confirmation. Changes cannot be made once production has started.
Production Variations
Due to the handmade/custom nature of our belts, slight variations in color, placement, or finishing may occur and are not considered defects.
Order Confirmation
By placing an order, the customer confirms that all submitted measurements and design details are accurate and accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details for review.
